We strongly recommend that you back up your device and remove personal data before the technician arrives. On The Spot Tech Solutions LLC and its technicians are not responsible for any loss, corruption, or unauthorized access of data that remains on the device.
Access to Device Contents
Our technicians will only access the portions of your device necessary to diagnose and perform the requested repair. We do not browse, copy, transfer, or store your personal photos, messages, files, or other private content unless you specifically request a data backup or transfer service in writing.
Any temporary access credentials you provide are used solely for the repair and are not retained after service is completed.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
